About Me

I started this blog in hopes that sharing my experiences both past and present can help me and others “to get through this thing called life”.  I’m an INFJ, assessed in 2004 when I was entering grad school and reconfirmed this year, so I’m told that because of my insights, values, and visions that I should write and counsel.  I’ve written (poems and short stories), but I never thought that I could call myself a writer until I did it consistently.  I give advice on occasion, but I’m still trying to figure this out for myself!  But instead of shying away from what I agree is part of my purpose, I’ve accepted this challenge to expose myself a little more to the world with each post and each opportunity I’m blessed with to learn & grow.

But it’s not all cerebral!  I get out and party & dance with the best of them.  I’ve fallen in love with tennis and gradually getting myself ready for the senior pro circuit in 30 years 🙂 I have countless fun memories with my friends & family and I’m always down to try a new activity (pole fitness is up next).  So, there’s just a little background for you!

  1. Thanks for visiting my site. I’m an INTJ so we likely have a lot of similarities in our perspectives. I’ve browsed your site and I like your fresh, honest writing style and the personable relationship you have with God.
